The service at Panorama stood out for me. The staff was always helpful and communicated well, even with my limited Spanish. My room was spacious, with recent remodels making it feel fresh and clean. Enjoying breakfast on a great variety definitely set the right tone for the day. I loved the beautiful views of the city, especially during the evening. However, the windows facing the street let in quite a bit of noise, particularly on weekends, impacting my sleep. Also, the hallway carpets felt outdated compared to the new look of the rooms. I had some issues with the parking card not working when I needed to exit the garage, which required multiple trips to reception for assistance. Still, the good location made accessing everything easy. Overall, the comfortable stay and good amenities balanced out the minor inconveniences.

The location is excellent, right next to the beautifully decorated plaza, making it convenient for exploring. My room was quite spacious, and the shower had great water pressure, though the bathroom could use some updates. Abundant parking is a bonus, although it can get busy at times.

The nightstand light flickered constantly, a security box malfunctioned, and the parking card failed multiple times, leading to unnecessary trips to the reception for assistance!!!

The executive double room was spacious with a comfortable layout. The city view was exceptional, offering a fantastic backdrop for our stay. Also, the parking spaces are abundant, making it convenient to have our vehicle close by.

Couple perfect for a getaway

The view from the room was very nice we got to watch the light show on the cathedral every night. Breakfast was a treat the chilaquiles were something else and the staff treated us like royalty.

It wasn't inexpensive but still okay for what we got.
